Key Responsibilities:


1. Drive Brand Growth through Engaging Video Content

- Plan and produce compelling TikTok videos aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.

- Manage TikTok content calendar ensuring consistent, on-trend output.

- Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and increase engagement.

- Collaborate with marketing team to integrate video content into campaigns.


2. Facilitate and Grow our Livestream Initiative

- Lead livestream planning and execution across social channels.

- Engage with the audience during events to build community and drive interaction.

- Coordinate with internal/external teams for smooth livestream production.


3. Support Integrated B2C Marketing Initiatives

- Participate in overall social media strategy.

- Contribute to online/offline brand events.

- Assist in marketing tasks, especially content creation and collaboration with creators.

- Handle related admin and paperwork.


Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media.

- 1-3 years direct experience in B2C marketing or content creation.

- Proven storytelling and visual content skills.

- Hands-on video production experience (TikTok, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).

- Deep understanding of social media trends and TikTok algorithm.

- Strong organization, detail orientation, and communication skills.

- Portfolio of relevant video content required.
